We are looking for a skilled and reliable Filipino Virtual Assistant with strong web development
experience to help build, update, and maintain our websites and landing pages. The ideal candidate is
comfortable working with GoDaddy, website builders, semi-advanced automations, and light code edits
— with a focus on clean, functional, and responsive design. This is a part-time role with room to grow
as our digital presence expands.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain websites and landing pages (WordPress, Carrd, GoDaddy, or similar)
Implement updates, plugin integrations, and semi-advanced automations (e.g., Zapier workflows, embedded scripts, form-to CRM integrations, etc.)
Ensure mobile responsiveness and clean user experience
Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate technical issues
Collaborate on website layout, branding, and functionality improvements
Optimize site speed and performance
Manage domain settings, DNS, and hosting configurations through GoDaddy
Provide recommendations for improving site design and workflow
Requirements
Proven experience in web development or website maintenance for U.S. clients or businesses
Familiarity with GoDaddy, WordPress, Carrd, and/or basic HTML/CSS
Comfortable with semi-advanced automations (Zapier, embedded scripts, integrations with forms,CRMs, etc.)
Strong attention to detail, design sense, and problem-solving skills
Reliable internet and strong communication skills
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Nice to Have
Experience with API integrations or light backend workflows
Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Figma) for web visuals or layout elements
SEO best practices and website optimization knowledge
Experience working with service-based businesses or personal brands
Schedule & Pay
• Flexible hours (approx. 5–10 hrs/month to start)
• $50 USD/month
• 6-month contract to start
• Room to grow into a larger development, automation, or creative tech role over time
