Company Description
brandkind is working with a social enterprise building a web application that makes celebrations more meaningful. The web platform helps people host events while supporting charities, reducing waste, and creating a positive impact. We’re preparing for their launch in early 2026 and are looking for a Web Developer (Team Lead) to join us on this journey.
Role Description
As Team Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing our platform to life. You’ll be responsible for:
Conducting code reviews and testing to ensure high-quality outputs.
Identifying bugs, troubleshooting, and supporting the team in resolving issues.
Leading weekly briefings to align on priorities and sprint goals.
Delegating effectively and mentoring tea ---------- mbers.
Managing priorities and ensuring deliverables are on track for our 2026 launch.
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who brings both technical depth and leadership experience:
Minimum 10 years of strong coding experience in full-stack development.
Deep understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, DOM, HTTP, Node.js, and OOP.
Freelance or consulting experience, with exposure to international projects (ideally Australian or Western working culture).
Architectural vision to anticipate long-term, system-wide impacts.
Strong commitment to quality through simplicity, test automation, and robust coding
