We're a fast-moving, results-driven company seeking a Website Manager/Developer with deep expertise in Oxygen Builder and Elementor to own and operate our primary website and support select client projects.
Our culture is built on autonomy, sharp execution, and professional accountability. We don't micromanage — we hire experts, empower them, and expect them to own their domain.
You'll manage everything from content updates and conversion optimization to SEO implementation, plugin management, and live site deployments. While our main platform is your primary focus, you'll also support a small portfolio of client sites with regular maintenance and updates.
You must be comfortable owning web outcomes, diagnosing issues independently, and optimizing for both user experience and site performance. We move fast — and expect you to move with confidence.
Your Core Responsibilities:
• Manage daily WordPress site operations: content updates, layout improvements, CRO testing, performance optimization
• Handle content uploads, inventory management, and dynamic listing optimization
• Execute blog content updates and formatting (using Oxygen + Elementor)
• Conduct regular SEO audits and implement on-page optimizations (titles, metadata, schema, site speed)
• Manage staging ? production migrations (FTP or plugin-based)
• Maintain plugin ecosystem, troubleshoot errors, ensure 99%+ uptime
• Support 2-4 client websites with scheduled maintenance (typically 3-6 hours/week)
Required Qualifications:
• 3+ years professional WordPress development experience
• Expert-level Oxygen Builder proficiency (non-negotiable)
• Strong Elementor, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP skills
• Independent problem-solving and project ownership mindset
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight
Preferred (Not Required):
• cPanel, Cloudflare, and server environment experience
• Availability during non-standard hours for global collaboration
