Web Developer & Ongoing Site Manager – Community Platform

The B.E.N Network (Business Empowerment Network) is seeking a skilled, reliable Web Developer & Site Manager to complete our platform build immediately and stay on long-term as we scale.

This is not a one-off project. We’re building a growing community platform, and we need someone who wants to own it, improve it, and grow with us.

???? Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

Completing all outstanding development work ASAP to bring the platform to a launch-ready state

Ongoing monthly management and maintenance post-launch

Implementing new features, improvements, and optimizations over time

Ensuring site security, speed, performance, and scalability

Collaborating on UX, community features, and growth ideas

Supporting future integrations, tools, and expansion as the network grows

Requirements

Strong full-stack web development skills (frontend + backend)

Experience with modern frameworks, deployments, and version control

Comfortable working with GitHub and collaborative workflows

Solid understanding of UX/UI, performance optimization, and scalability

Self-starter who can take ownership, move fast, and hit deadlines

Available to start immediately

Role Details

Budget: $400/month to start
(This is a long-term position — as B.E.N scales, compensation will increase.)

Hours: Flexible, results-based

Commitment: Long-term partnership, not short-term freelancing
