About the Role

You will work on performance-driven websites for growing businesses, collaborating closely with digital marketing teams.

What you’ll do

Build and maintain high-quality WordPress websites

Implement themes and page builders such as Elementor or Divi

Develop custom blocks, templates, and light PHP functions

Convert designs into clean, responsive HTML and CSS

Add JavaScript for interactivity and enhanced site features

Set up and customize WooCommerce stores when needed

Optimize Core Web Vitals and page speed

Handle site migrations, DNS updates, and hosting setup

Configure GA4 and Google Tag Manager

Apply on-page SEO best practices and basic CRO principles

Troubleshoot bugs and resolve issues quickly

What You Bring

Strong hands-on experience with WordPress

Solid skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic PHP

Experience using page builders and custom themes

Familiarity with Git and common hosting control panels

Clear communication and fast turnaround

Ability to work Texas time or overlap with Texas business hours

Nice to Have

Experience working in a digital marketing agency or setup

Knowledge of SEO fundamentals or Google Ads / paid advertising

WooCommerce build experience

Figma-to-WordPress workflows

Experience collaborating with SEO and PPC teams
