We are an Australian-based business with a team of four Filipino Virtual Assistants, and we’re looking to welcome another skilled, reliable, and proactive tea ---------- mber.

Our business operates across two industries:

* Healthier Living and Radiation Protection through the brands GEOVITAL and Health Stronghold, including our toxin-free mattress brand, Physiologa.
* Ethical Persuasion Training and Consulting, where we provide sales training and help businesses create more persuasive websites using behavioural science.

Our director is a Cialdini Institute Licensed Trainer who regularly shares practical persuasion and behavioural science insights with the team to help everyone develop their skills and achieve better results.

About the Role

We are looking for a Web Developer to help maintain our existing websites, build new websites for our business, and, over time, assist with website projects for our clients. Your first task will be to migrate our existing sites to a new hosting platform.

You’ll be expected to complete tasks independently while collaborating with the team when required. Work hours will vary depending on project demands, but are expected to average 10–15 hours per week.

Responsibilities

* Update and maintain WordPress and Divi websites
* Troubleshoot website issues and improve overall performance
* Analyse and improve website SEO
* Assist with new website development projects
* Migrate websites and email accounts between hosting providers
* Manage backups, hosting, domains, DNS, and general website maintenance
* Coordinate with the team on ongoing projects and priorities

Requirements

* Strong experience with WordPress and Divi
* Experience migrating websites and email accounts
* Familiarity with Elementor, Gutenberg, WPBakery, or other page builders
* Working knowledge of cPanel, DNS, hosting, backups, and domain management
* Ability to diagnose and resolve website issues, plugin conflicts, and performance problems
* Basic knowledge of PHP, CSS, and JavaScript
* Experience working with WooCommerce
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
* Able to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
