Web Developer + Basic SEO - Service Business Landing Page Creation

Hey there!

My name is Johnny, and I run a small marketing agency (about 20 active clients) and we provide Google and Meta Ads to local home service companies. Most of our clientele is companies like roofing, HVAC, paving, landscaping, moving companies, and more.

I currently have 2 fulltime VAs I have also previously found from onlinejobs.ph and they have been working with me and my agency for almost 9 months now. One of them helps me with the Google Ads, one helps me with the Meta Ads, now we are looking for a web developer who can make high-converting, visually appealing, landing pages for our service based clients. (And maybe some full web builds when they come our way)

I need someone who is an expert with Wordpress, Wix, Framer (all the most popular web builders) who can buld high-converting service specific landing pages for our clients.

We need someone who also can take care of on-site/technical SEO for these websites/pages. Someone that does keyword research before writing the web copy, knows how to make our web pages very UI and mobile friendly, fast load times, and more. We don't just need the pages to look good, but we need Google to also like their meta data, spacing, load speed, etc to help the success of our advertising.

If you are good at GoHighLevel, that is a huge plus!

This is not a beginner role, we need someone who is very comfortable making pages/websites such as these:

Pay is just starting salary. You will be given a very substantial raise after 90 days (or less if I see you are the person for the job), and I am happy to put this in writing :)

Also, at the start you won't have 40 hours a week worth of work, but will still pay your salary.
