Position Overview

RevPhoenix is building a new standard for small business growth.

We don’t just build websites—we build revenue systems.

We’re looking for a full-time Web Developer & Automation Specialist who can:

Build clean, high-converting websites
Implement automation systems using GoHighLevel
Help scale our fulfillment as we grow

This is not a “build a site and move on” role.
This is about creating systems that generate leads and revenue for real businesses.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

1. Website Development
Build modern, mobile-optimized websites for small businesses
Focus on conversion (calls, forms, leads) — not just design
Launch sites quickly and efficiently (speed matters)
Connect domains, hosting, and basic SEO structure

2. GoHighLevel Automation Setup
Set up and manage GoHighLevel accounts for clients
Build:
Missed call text-back systems
Lead capture forms & funnels
SMS & email follow-up workflows
Integrate websites, forms, and social channels into one system

3. Systemization & Scaling
Help create repeatable SOPs for:
Website builds
Automation setups
Client onboarding
Continuously improve speed and quality
Contribute ideas to scale operations

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills
Experience building websites (WordPress, Wix, GoHighLevel, or similar)
Strong understanding of UX/UI and conversion-focused design
Experience with GoHighLevel
Understanding of:
Lead generation funnels
Basic marketing automation
SMS/email workflows
Ability to work independently and hit deadlines

Bonus Skills
Copywriting for landing pages
Funnel building experience
API / Zapier integrations
Basic SEO knowledge
Experience working with local service businesses
