Web Developer

Grand Time is searching for a full time Shopify Web Developer to join our team. This role will be responsible for site updates, API and app integrations, backend optimizations, and website performance goals.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in Shopify Liquid Code, including building custom themes and features from scratch along with modifications to existing elements and expert level knowledge of HTML, CSS/SCSS & JavaScript. The developer will work closely with the in-house web designer and e-commerce coordinator to execute tasks.

Qualifications:

- Extensive knowledge and experience of Shopify platform including Shopify Plus features (scripts, launchpad, etc.)
- Fluency in common web development languages, including Liquid, Ruby, HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript/jQuery frameworks, and API
- Proficient understanding of repository and code versioning tools, such as Git.
- Experience with popular Shopify apps & third-party integrations (e.g. reviews, forms, search tools, support, catalog organization, etc.)
- Deadline-oriented and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Able to work with Adobe CS files (especially Illustrator)
- 2-5 years of experience
- Able to provide references where you have completed significant Shopify development
