JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Website Designer/Developer to design, build, and maintain modern, high-performing websites that reflect our brand and converts visitors into leads/customers. You’ll own the site’s user experience, visual design, and implementation—collaborating with leadership to continuously improve performance, SEO, accessibility, and speed.

Responsibilities

Design and build responsive web pages and layouts (desktop/tablet/mobile)

Translate brand guidelines into clean, consistent UI components

Develop and maintain site features (navigation, forms, landing pages, blog, etc.)

Implement SEO best practices (metadata, schema basics, internal linking, redirects)

Optimize site performance (Core Web Vitals, image compression, caching)

Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG-friendly structure, contrast, keyboard nav)

Integrate third-party tools (analytics, CRM forms, chat widgets, scheduling, etc.)

Maintain and improve CMS workflows (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or headless CMS)

Monitor site health and fix bugs (cross-browser, responsive issues, broken links)

Collaborate with leadership to scope projects, estimate timelines, and deliver updates

Set up basic tracking and reporting (GA4, Tag Manager, conversion events)

Required Qualifications

2+ years experience designing and developing websites (or strong portfolio showing equivalent skill)

Strong front-end skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and modern layout techniques)

Experience with at least one platform/CMS: WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or similar

Familiarity with responsive design, component-based design, and UI best practices

Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and performance optimization

Ability to interpret requirements and turn them into polished design + working pages

Strong communication and project organization skills

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

Back-end/CMS development: PHP (WordPress), Node, or headless CMS integrations

Experience with design tools

Conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing experience


Email
/CRM integrations: HubSpot, Mailchimp, ServiceTitan, Salesforce, etc.

Copywriting or content strategy collaboration experience
