Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Web Developer with strong WordPress expertise to join our team on a project-based compensation model. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in building responsive websites, especially using the Divi Framework, and must be comfortable working in WP Engine hosting environments. Attention to detail, multitasking, and meeting deadlines are essential.

Key Responsibilities
-Develop, maintain, and optimize WordPress-based websites using the Divi Framework.
-Work efficiently within the WP Engine hosting platform.
-Collaborate with designers, project managers, and developers to implement quality solutions.
-Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
-Ensure all projects are delivered on time and according to specifications.
-Write clean, well-structured code and documentation.
-Troubleshoot and resolve website issues quickly and effectively.
-Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications
-Proficiency in WordPress, including custom themes and plugins.
-Extensive experience with the Divi Framework.
-Familiarity with WP Engine and site optimization within its ecosystem.
-Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
-Experience with PHP and MySQL for WordPress back-end development.
-Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
-Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently (double-tasking) without sacrificing quality.
-Commitment to meeting project deadlines.
-Comfortable working on a project-based salary structure.
-Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
-Experience with SEO, web accessibility, and responsive design.
