Web Designer/Developer Needed for Multi-Brand Websites (WordPress to Webflow)

We are looking for a Web Designer / Web Developer based in the Philippines to manage, improve, and refresh multiple brand websites across Piccolo Me, FABE Group, SolBowl, Bean Bar, and other associated brands.

This is a 3–6 month project-based role with the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance and business needs.

You will be working across existing WordPress websites while supporting our planned migration to Webflow. We are looking for someone who can think beyond execution and provide recommendations on UX, layout, design, and website performance.

Important: This role requires proven experience with WordPress, Webflow, and WordPress-to-Webflow migrations. If you do not have direct experience with these platforms and migration projects, please do not apply.

What You'll Do
Manage and improve existing WordPress websites across multiple brands
Plan and execute WordPress-to-Webflow migration projects
Rebuild existing WordPress websites in Webflow while maintaining SEO and performance
Recommend UI/UX, layout, and design improvements aligned with brand guidelines
Design and build landing pages for campaigns and virtual brands
Update website content, banners, promotions, and marketing assets
Improve site speed, responsiveness, and overall user experience
Apply SEO best practices during website updates and migrations
Troubleshoot website issues and provide ongoing maintenance
Work closely with marketing, design, and leadership teams
Support light design tasks where required
Mandatory Requirements
Strong experience with WordPress
Strong experience with Webflow
Proven experience migrating websites from WordPress to Webflow
Experience managing CMS content and collections
Strong understanding of responsive design
Experience building high-converting landing pages
Understanding of SEO fundamentals and migration best practices
Ability to work independently and proactively suggest improvements
Strong attention to detail
