Web Designer experiences using Webflow and GSAP

Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Interface Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will not only have a strong background in user interface (UI) design but also proven hands-on experience designing and building interactive web experiences using Webflow and GSAP.
As a Web Designer, you will collaborate with developers, UX designers, and product managers to craft intuitive, visually compelling, and user-friendly websites that bring both brand identity and interactivity to life.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and build responsive, interactive websites using Webflow and GSAP for animations and motion design.
* Collaborate with UX designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that align with user needs and business goals.
* Work closely with front-end developers to ensure smooth and accurate implementation of designs.
* Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and performance across different devices and browsers.
* Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and iterate to improve design outcomes.
* Stay current with the latest design tools, animation libraries, and web trends.
* Maintain design documentation, style guides, and design systems.

Qualifications

Education & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
* 2+ years of professional experience in web design or UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing Webflow and GSAP projects.

Technical Skills
* Proficiency in Webflow and GSAP (Greensock Animation Platform) is required.
* Experience in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
* Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
* Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design best practices.

Soft Skills
* Strong visual design sense with an eye for typography, color, and layout.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
* Problem-solving mindset with the ability to meet deadlines.
* Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience designing motion graphics, micro-interactions, and dynamic UI animations.
* Understanding of UX principles and Agile workflows.
