Web Designer (WordPress + Elementor) – Full-Time

Polianna is a digital marketing agency focused on building websites for our internal brands and our clients. We value clean design, simplicity, and fast-loading websites. We’re expanding and looking for dedicated, detail-oriented web designers to join our team.

If you have a passion for web design, enjoy building beautiful and functional pages, and want full-time work, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build WordPress websites and landing pages
• Create layouts and sections using Elementor
• Customize templates to match brand requirements
• Ensure excellent UI/UX and mobile responsiveness
• Make updates, improvements, and revisions as needed
• Assist with site speed improvements and basic optimization

Requirements

• Experience with WordPress
• A good eye for design, layout, and user experience
• Ability to follow existing design standards and templates
• Basic understanding of on-page SEO is a plus but not necessary
• Reliable, proactive, and able to meet deadlines
• Comfortable working full-time and on weekends (50–60 hrs/week)
