Web Designer / Website Builder (Javascript/React/Next.js, AI-Assisted)

We are a Europe-based web development/design agency. We re-design and build high-volume websites for small businesses, mostly 1-pagers, but sometimes 2-5 pagers. We mostly re-create already existing (old) business websites by improving design, layout, content structure, and adding more content about the business from the internet.

You’ll ship fast using AI-assisted tools (Lovable + Cursor, subscriptions provided by us) and modern JS frameworks (React/Vite/Next.js/Tailwind). Assemble clean one-pagers, style them well, and move to the next website. You have to use AI tools effectively to move at our expected pace. Example workflow:
1. Find information about the business in question from the internet (from their old website, Facebook, Instagram, etc.),
2. Template a website in Lovable
3. Move to Cursor for polish.

What you’ll do:
- Produce 5+ demo-ready websites/day after some ramp time, mostly using AI tools.
- Use AI tools to scaffold a website, then use Cursor with Tailwind and React/Next.js or Vite + modern JS (ESNext) with components to polish.
- Replace copy/images, apply brand colors, add anchor links/light interactions, and ensure responsive, accessible output.
- Work from clear SOPs, communicate blockers succinctly, and hand off clean exports/repos.
- Find information about the businesses you create websites for, and incorporate this in the new redesigns. This can be reviews from Google, images from Facebook, job postings, etc.

You have:
- Solid knowledge of modern JS/HTML/CSS and fundamental React/Tailwind; some exposure to Next.js or Vite.
- Discipline to follow SOPs and hit daily quotas.
- Clear written English and reliable internet.
- Experience with UI/UX design

Nice to have:
- Git/Vercel experience
- Prior AI tooling experience (Lovable, Cursor, Claude code, OAI Codex, etc.)
