About Us
The UpSurge Agency is a digital marketing company specializing in social media, branding, and website development. We are hiring a Web Designer to join our team part-time and contribute to ongoing client projects. This is a paid role, working directly with our team and reporting to our internal project manager.


DETAILS
Role Type: Part-Time (Flexible Hours)
Rate: $5 USD/hour (negotiable based on experience and portfolio)
Location: Remote
Schedule: Flexible – based on project flow, with consistent work opportunities



WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and maintain websites using WordPress and/or Shopify
- Apply strong layout, color theory, typography, and responsive design
- Use HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to customize design elements
- Collaborate with our internal team to meet client goals
- Submit deliverables on time and with attention to detail



QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Designed at least 50+ sites
- Portfolio with completed website projects
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles
- Clear communication and problem-solving abilities
- Access to a stable internet connection and your own working setup
