Job Title:

Web & Funnel Specialist (GoHighLevel + AI)

Remote – US Eastern Time

Employment Type:

Part-Time to Start (Minimum 20 hours/week)
Opportunity to grow into Full-Time for the right candidate

Pay:

$10 USD/hour (paid weekly, performance-based growth)

About the Role

We are looking for a high-level Web & Funnel Specialist who combines advanced web development, design, and conversion strategy.

This is not a beginner role.

You will be responsible for designing and managing multiple high-conversion websites and funnels, primarily using GoHighLevel, with a strong focus on behavioral psychology, simplicity, and measurable results.

If you believe websites should guide behavior, reduce friction, and drive action, this role is for you.

Core Responsibilities

Design and build clean, simple, high-conversion websites

Create and optimize funnels (lead generation, booking, and sales flows)

Build and manage websites, funnels, and automations in GoHighLevel

Apply behavioral psychology and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles

Integrate AI tools (chatbots, automations, workflows)

Optimize for SEO, site speed, and mobile responsiveness

Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and similar tools

Manage multiple website projects at the same time

Improve designs based on data and user behavior

Required Skills & Experience

Advanced web development experience

Strong UI/UX and web design skills with a conversion-first mindset

Proven experience with GoHighLevel

Funnel-building experience

Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals

Experience with Google Analytics

Strong understanding of conversion optimization

Knowledge of behavioral psychology applied to websites

Excellent written and spoken English

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Highly Preferred (Bonus Skills)

Heatmaps and behavior tracking tools (Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, etc.)

Landing page copywriting fundamentals

AI integrations and automation workflows

Experience working with U.S.-based companies

Page speed optimization and Core Web Vitals

A/B testing experience
