Web Designer & Developer with UX and UI Skills

We are hiring a WordPress designer and developer right now. We are looking for someone who has experience working with WordPress, updating and maintaining sites...AND has quality design skills.

ABOUT ME Dean Wolf
• We create WordPress websites, offer hosting and do WordPress edits and security.
• I have been an entrepreneur all my life but have been in the Web Design and hosting business for 20+ years
• I move very fast & expect the people I work with to be the same way
• I am very loyal to my employees & treat them with respect
• I give bonuses for doing a good job (If I make money you should be rewarded for that)
• We are a Canadian Company located in Calgary, Alberta Canada. But we do work for clients all around the world.

ABOUT THE POSITION:
• You will be constantly developing, editing, fixing and working in WordPress
• You have a keen eye for UX and UI Design
• You will be required to handle many client edits
• A VERY strong understanding of PHP, HTML and CSS is a must
• All communication will be in our Project Management Area
• You will start at a minimum of 4 hours a day 4 days a week to start. Full-time positions are available after 30 days.
• English Writing skills and communication is VERY important
• You will be tested so don't apply for the position if you don't understand how to work in PHP, HTML and CSS.
• You will need a quality internet connection.
• Our team leads will need to speak with you over SKYPE daily.


ABOUT COMPENSATION:
• To be negotiated
• We pay bonuses for great work
• We will give pay increases based on performance
• Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year)
• These are the paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
