Web Designer / Developer Part Time -> Full Time

About Us:
We're a fast-growing AI startup revolutionizing website optimization. Our cutting-edge tools enable rapid A/B testing and conversion optimization at scale. We're looking for talented designer-developers to join our team and help our clients achieve breakthrough results.

The Role:
You'll work with our CRO experts to bring their test ideas to life. Using our AI-powered platform, you'll create website variations for A/B tests based on specific briefs and hypotheses. While our AI does the heavy lifting, we need your combined design eye and technical skills to perfect the output, troubleshoot issues, and ensure each variation works flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute website variations based on CRO team briefs using our AI tools
- Write and debug HTML/CSS/JavaScript to implement functionality
- Ensure both visual design quality AND technical implementation are solid
- Troubleshoot cross-browser compatibility and responsive design issues
- Respond quickly to revision requests and project needs
- QA test variations to ensure they work as intended

Must-Haves:
- Strong eye for modern web design and UX
- Solid HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills (can write code, not just edit)
- Knowledge of basic DOM manipulation
- Ability to debug and fix frontend issues independently
- Fast execution and quick turnaround times
- Excellent attention to detail for both design and code
- Reliable internet and availability during agreed hours
- Fluent English communication

Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with popular website builders (Shopify, WordPress, etc.)
- Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization
- Experience with React

Compensation & Growth:
- $25/hour
- Start part-time (10-15 hours/week) with clear pathway to full-time
