Web Designer & Developer – Figma, Premium Websites, Front-End Development

Job Summary

We’re seeking a versatile and highly creative Web Designer & Developer who excels at both crafting stunning visual designs in Figma and bringing them to life through modern front-end web development. You will play a key role in delivering premium, high-conversion websites that blend exceptional design with performance and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities
???? Design (Figma & UI/UX)

Design premium-quality, responsive websites using Figma, focusing on elegant aesthetics and user experience.

Develop interactive prototypes, design systems, and reusable UI components.

Align visual design with brand identity, marketing goals, and user behavior.

Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to evolve visual narratives.

???? Development (Front-End & CMS)

Translate Figma designs into responsive front-end code using HTML, CSS (SCSS/Tailwind), JavaScript, React, or other modern frameworks.

Implement and manage websites on platforms like Webflow, WordPress, Framer, or custom-built stacks.

Optimize sites for speed, SEO, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

Collaborate with back-end developers (if applicable) for API integration and dynamic content.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in both web design (Figma) and front-end web development.

A strong portfolio showcasing high-end website designs and live developed websites.

Proficient in Figma, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap, etc.).

Familiarity with modern CMS platforms such as Webflow, WordPress, or Framer.

Strong understanding of UX principles, conversion-centered design, and web performance optimization.

Experience using version control (Git), task runners (like Gulp or Webpack), and deployment tools is a plus.

Nice to Have

Experience with React, Next.js, Vue.js, or similar frameworks.

Animation experience (e.g., Lottie, GSAP, Framer Motion).

Knowledge of SEO best practices and basic analytics.

UI testing and A/B testing tools experience.
