Web Designer / Developer — AI + WordPress (Remote, Bulk Websites)

We’re Top-Level Trainer, a premium U.S.-based fitness licensing company, and we’re looking for a web designer/developer who can build AI-powered websites in bulk while also being fluent with WordPress.
We work with dozens of fitness business owners and need someone who can design sleek, reusable templates and launch multiple client sites quickly using a mix of AI tools, no-code platforms, and WordPress.
This is a long-term role with recurring income — design once, and get paid every time a new client site goes live.

What You’ll Be Doing
Building AI-generated, high-converting websites in bulk using platforms like Durable, Framer AI, Webflow, Wix AI, and WordPress
Creating scalable, reusable templates that allow for fast customization per client
Designing layouts optimized for lead generation — booking flows, testimonials, and strong calls-to-action
Ensuring all sites match a luxury fitness brand aesthetic: clean, modern, fast, and mobile-friendly
Working with our U.S.-based team to launch multiple client websites efficiently and at scale

Who We’re Looking For
Proficient in WordPress — customizations, plugins, templates, and optimization
Experienced with AI website builders and no-code tools: Durable, Webflow, Framer, Wix AI, etc.
Skilled at building template-driven systems to speed up bulk production
Strong sense of conversion-focused design and user experience
Self-sufficient, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
Open to a performance-based pay model — you earn per site launched (not hourly)
Excellent English communication skills (written + verbal)
