Web Designer

We're looking for a reliable web designer to join a fast-moving freelance operation supporting multiple clients across industries. You'll work closely with a brand strategist and social media manager to keep sites looking sharp, on-brand, and performing well.

Hours:
Full-time with flexible hours. Fully remote.

Compensation:
$400/month

What you'll do:
Build, maintain, and update client websites using WordPress and Elementor. Translate brand guidelines into clean, professional web pages that convert visitors into customers.

What we're looking for:
Proven experience building and editing in WordPress with Elementor (portfolio links or live site examples required)
Strong English language skills — you can read, write, and refine copy with confidence
Comfortable using AI tools to improve website copy and text
Research skills — able to gather information, fact-check, and support content development independently
Strong eye for clean, professional design across varied brand aesthetics
Comfortable working within existing brand guidelines, fonts, and color systems
Basic understanding of on-page SEO (meta titles, image alt text, page speed)
Reliable, self-directed, and able to meet deadlines with minimal hand-holding

Nice to have:
Familiarity with Squarespace
Familiarity with Canva
Basic knowledge of Google Analytics or Search Console
Experience working within a freelance or agency environment
