We're a small mortgage broking firm based in **Melbourne, Australia**, and we’re looking for an experienced website designer to help **redesign our business website**. This project is ideal for someone who understands how to make a site look clean, modern, and — most importantly — **build trust** with potential clients.

You’ll be working directly with the business owner to transform our current site into something that looks professional and helps generate more client enquiries.

? Responsibilities:

* Redesign the layout, structure, and visual identity of our existing website
* Create a **professional yet personable look** that matches the tone of a financial services business
* Ensure the site is **fully mobile-friendly and responsive**
* Suggest and implement **design features that improve trust and credibility**
* Integrate user-friendly lead capture tools (e.g. booking links, enquiry forms)
* Recommend ways to improve **user experience** and encourage visitors to take action (book a call, fill out a form, etc.)
* Collaborate via email or online chat with regular check-ins
