Web Builder and Automations Specialist (WordPress, GHL, Kajabi, Shopify)

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Landing Pages and Automations Builder with strong experience across four core platforms: WordPress, GoHighLevel (GHL), Kajabi, and Shopify. This is an hourly, as-needed role supporting client builds, funnel implementation, marketing automations, and ongoing updates.

The ideal candidate can confidently build high-converting pages, set up forms and checkout flows, connect email and SMS automations, and integrate third-party tools using native integrations, webhooks, and APIs when needed. You will work closely with our team to implement technical solutions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth customer experiences from opt-in through purchase and follow-up.

Strong communication, reliability, and availability during US Eastern business hours are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Landing Pages, Funnel Buildouts, and Website Builds (Core)

* Build and launch landing pages, sales pages, opt-ins, thank-you pages, and checkout flows across WordPress, GHL, Kajabi, and Shopify
* Build and support full website builds as needed, including multi-page sites, navigation, global sections, and core site structure within these platforms
* Ensure pages follow brand guidelines and are optimized for mobile responsiveness, speed, and conversion best practices
* Implement tracking and conversion events as required (pixels, tags, basic analytics setup)

GoHighLevel (GHL) Funnels, CRM, and Automations

* Build and configure funnels, pages, workflows, pipelines, and automations inside GoHighLevel
* Set up and manage email and SMS campaigns, templates, triggers, tagging, segmentation, and nurture sequences
* Configure Stripe products, payment links, checkout pages, and post-purchase automation flows

Kajabi Pages, Offers, and Automations

* Build landing pages and pipelines inside Kajabi (opt-in to nurture to offer)
* Set up Offers, checkout settings, email sequences, tags, and automations
* Support basic course and membership access flows tied to purchase and onboarding sequences

Shopify Pages, Checkout, and Customer Automations

* Build and update Shopify pages (landing pages, product pages, collections, theme sections as needed)
* Implement basic customer journeys including lead capture, purchase follow-up, cart and checkout messaging where applicable, and post-purchase sequences
* Support integrations with email and SMS platforms and automation tools connected to Shopify

Integrations and Automation Connections

* Connect platforms using native integrations, Zapier or Make, webhooks, and APIs as needed
* Troubleshoot automation failures and resolve conflicts between forms, checkouts, tags, lists, and workflows
* Create and maintain clean, reliable handoffs between page, CRM, email and SMS, purchase, and onboarding

Ongoing Updates, Support, and Troubleshooting

* Manage ongoing updates including new pages, edits, content swaps, image updates, and small functionality adjustments
* Troubleshoot platform issues quickly and clearly (pages not publishing, automations not firing, checkout errors, integration disconnects)
* Communicate progress, blockers, and recommendations to the team in a timely way

Qualifications

* Proven experience building landing pages, full website builds, and automations in WordPress, GoHighLevel, Kajabi, and Shopify
* Strong technical foundation in HTML and CSS, with comfort in light JavaScript and the ability to troubleshoot front-end issues
* Experience with workflows and automations, segmentation and tagging, and end-to-end funnel logic
* Hands-on experience with integrations including native connections, Zapier or Make, webhooks, and REST APIs
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
* Reliable internet connection
* Must be available to work between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time

Preferred Skills

* Experience with conversion tracking setup and debugging (pixels, tags, events)
* Familiarity with JSON, webhooks, and REST API workflows
* Experience improving page performance (image compression, basic speed optimizations)
* Understanding of SEO basics for WordPress and Shopify
