We take real stories from war and armed conflict and tell them in a way that makes them clear, intense, and accessible to modern-day audiences.

We are looking to hire an experienced scriptwriter for war-related content who can closely match the voice, tone, pacing, and structure of scripts provided through reference links.

The goal is to produce scripts that feel indistinguishable from the original creator’s work, based strictly on the provided examples.

Ideal Candidate

You should be able to reverse engineer scripts from reference links and recreate the same storytelling style, rhythm, and narrative flow.

The audience should never be able to tell that the script was written by someone else.

You should enjoy war storytelling and be able to turn complex military events — battles, operations, strategic decisions, and political context — into compelling, easy-to-follow narratives with a strong focus on the human side of war.

Job Responsibilities

Research and write war-focused YouTube scripts by independently investigating the assigned topics, using provided reference links only to match tone, pacing, and style.

Match the exact voice, tone, pacing, and structure of the reference creator

Conduct independent research to fully understand the conflict being covered

Transform factual military history into engaging, high-retention storytelling

Job Requirements

Proven experience writing in another creator’s voice (ghostwriting, tone matching, mimicry)

Strong understanding of war, military history, and armed conflicts

Ability to research battles, timelines, weapons, military strategy, and political context

Excellent narrative instincts: suspense, tension, structure, emotional stakes

Comfortable working with sources, dates, battle descriptions, and military terminology

Strong understanding of YouTube retention hooks, especially in war/documentary content

Willingness to revise and iterate until the match with the reference style is perfect

Ability to write in a conversational American Gen Z / Millennial voice, while respecting the seriousness of real war events

Reference video links will be provided to define the tone, pacing, and storytelling style to be matched:
