Zoyava is a fast-growing digital-native supplement brand focused on building premium wellness products that consumers genuinely love. As we continue scaling across major eCommerce marketplaces, Walmart Marketplace has become a key strategic growth channel for the business.

We are looking for a highly experienced Walmart Operations Lead to take ownership of Walmart Marketplace performance, drive operational excellence, and help scale the channel into a major revenue driver for the company.

This is a leadership role for someone who understands Walmart deeply, thinks strategically about growth, communicates clearly with leadership, and can build scalable systems across catalog, advertising, inventory, promotions, and reporting.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a highly analytical, growth-oriented operator with deep Walmart Marketplace experience who can lead the day-to-day operations and long-term strategy of the Walmart channel.

This role is ideal for someone who has successfully scaled brands on Walmart Marketplace, understands Walmart Connect advertising, knows how to improve operational performance, and can proactively identify growth opportunities while keeping leadership informed through strong reporting and business insights.

You should be comfortable owning the Walmart business like it’s your own.

Key Responsibilities

Walmart Marketplace Ownership

• Lead and oversee all Walmart Marketplace operations across the brand.
• Own channel growth, revenue performance, profitability, and operational execution.
• Develop and execute Walmart growth strategies focused on sales expansion, margin improvement, and market share.
• Manage end-to-end catalog operations including listings, variations, compliance, SEO, inventory health, and pricing. • Ensure all listings are optimized for discoverability, conversion, and Walmart algorithm performance.
• Monitor account health, policy compliance, suppression risks, and operational KPIs.

Walmart Growth & Strategy

• Identify new opportunities for growth through assortment expansion, promotions, pricing strategies, search visibility, and advertising optimization.
• Analyze category trends, competitor activity, and Walmart platform changes to maintain competitive advantage.
• Develop launch strategies for new products and ensure successful execution on Walmart Marketplace.
• Drive initiatives that improve conversion rate, traffic, ROAS, contribution margin, and repeat purchase behavior.

Walmart Connect Advertising

• Lead Walmart Connect advertising strategy and execution.
• Oversee campaign structure, keyword targeting, bidding strategy, budget allocation, and scaling decisions.
• Continuously optimize ad efficiency and profitability through data analysis and testing.
• Report on advertising performance, attribution, TACOS, ROAS, and growth opportunities.

Leadership Reporting & Business Insights

• Build and maintain clear reporting systems for leadership.
• Provide weekly and monthly business updates with actionable insights, growth opportunities, risks, and operational recommendations.
• Track and report key Walmart KPIs including revenue, profitability, conversion rate, traffic, ROAS/TACOS, Buy Box %, inventory health, advertising efficiency, and listing health.
• Present strategic recommendations backed by data.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Collaborate closely with creative, supply chain, operations, customer service, and leadership teams to ensure alignment across the Walmart business.
• Work with creative teams to improve listing assets, storefronts, and conversion-focused content.
• Coordinate with operations and inventory teams to maintain strong in-stock rates and avoid supply disruptions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Walmart account managers and external partners.

SOPs & Operational Excellence

• Develop scalable SOPs, workflows, and systems for Walmart operations.
• Improve operational efficiency across listing management, reporting, launches, and advertising workflows.
• Help build a world-class Walmart growth engine within the company. Skills & Requirements
• 4–7+ years of hands-on Walmart Marketplace experience with a proven track record of scaling brands.
• Deep understanding of Walmart Marketplace operations, catalog structure, SEO, and compliance.
• Strong experience managing Walmart Connect advertising at scale.
• Proven ability to analyze data and make growth-focused business decisions.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets reporting and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of profitability, contribution margin, inventory planning, and marketplace economics.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Highly organized with strong project management abilities.
• Ability to operate independently and take full ownership of results.
• Experience in supplements, wellness, CPG, or fast-paced eCommerce brands is highly preferred.
