JOB OVERVIEW

Walmart Marketplace PPC & Listing Optimization Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced Walmart Marketplace expert to manage, optimize, and scale our Walmart business.

This is NOT an entry-level PPC role.

We are seeking someone with proven Walmart Marketplace experience who can manage advertising, optimize listings, improve organic rankings, increase conversion rates, and help grow sales across a large catalog.

Our product categories include natural oils, superfoods, beauty products, beef tallow skincare, jewelry, and specialty products.

Responsibilities

• Manage Walmart Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Walmart Connect campaigns
• Create, optimize, and scale PPC campaigns
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Improve ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, and overall advertising performance
• Optimize product listings, titles, key features, descriptions, and backend attributes
• Identify listing issues, suppressions, and catalog opportunities
• Monitor daily budgets, bids, and search term performance
• Improve organic ranking and conversion rates
• Provide weekly performance reports with actionable recommendations
• Work directly with ownership to grow Walmart sales

Required Experience

• Minimum 3 years of Walmart Marketplace experience
• Proven Walmart PPC management experience
• Experience managing at least $25,000+ monthly Walmart ad spend
• Strong understanding of Walmart Connect
• Experience optimizing Walmart listings and catalog content
• Experience improving ROAS and reducing ACOS
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent English communication
