WHO WE ARE

We're DTC LABS — a small startup team with serious experience and drive in e-commerce, paid media, and physical products.

We used to operate as a holding company with multiple brands. Now we're laser-focused on a single brand and we're scaling it to $100M over the next few years.

You'll work directly with the founders. No middle managers, no waiting on permission. Just briefs, edits, feedback, and ship.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Someone who's fast, detail-obsessed, and eager to learn. You take feedback without flinching and apply it the same day. You adapt quickly — we're constantly testing new AI tools and the editors who win here are the ones who pick them up fastest. Speed matters, but sloppy doesn't ship.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Edit 3-4 short-form UGC-style ads per day (15-90 sec) for Meta and TikTok
- Edit 1 long-form video (VSL, infomercial, testimonial — 3-7 min) every 2-3 days
- Source supporting clips from TikTok, YouTube, and stock libraries
- Use the latest AI tools (we'll provide training — we're at the edge of what AI can do for editing)
- Implement revision feedback within the same day
- Track your work in Notion and upload finals to ---------- c using our naming convention

QUALIFICATIONS

- Proficient in Premiere Pro and CapCut (we use CapCut across the company)
- 2+ years editing experience, ideally with paid social
- Strong written English
- Portfolio showing UGC-style ads OR long-form VSLs (ideally both)
- Available for 3-hour daily overlap with 15:00-18:00 Europe/Athens time

COMPENSATION AND GROWTH

Base: Starting from $1,300 USD/month (40 hrs/week)
Bonuses: Down the line, $500+/month in performance bonuses for ads that hit KPIs

You care more about whether the ad converts than whether it wins a design award. You break your head brainstorming hooks that force people to stop scrolling — not the lazy kind, the kind that actually work. You take blunt feedback without flinching, ship fast, and iterate faster. Tight deadlines energize you instead of stressing you out.

- Remote working: This is a remote (work-from-home) position. If you don't have a quiet environment with reliable power and internet, this isn't the right role.
- 30-day trial period: All offers start with a 30-day trial. If you're in a comfortable job, don't quit unless you're confident in your ability to perform.
- Fast revision cycles: Sometimes 3 rounds in a day. Constructive feedback comes directly and quickly.
- Output-only environment: We don't care about hours — we care about output. This is a demanding environment where what you ship is what counts.
- Camera on for our weekly call.
