WANTED: Influencer & Content Manager (Part-Time ? Full-Time)

We need someone who lives and breathes creator outreach – building relationships, negotiating deals, and keeping our content pipeline flowing nonstop.

THE ROLE
Your mission: keep high-quality creator content flowing consistently.
You'll:
- Source creators constantly (Instagram, TikTok, email, Influee – whatever works)
- Negotiate collaborations (UGC, gifting, paid partnerships, affiliate deals)
- Manage relationships from first contact to final content delivery
- Handle light social media management (reposting stories, responding to DMs)
- Follow our proven SOPs and systems for sourcing content at scale

This is a relationship-driven, high-energy role where your communication skills and attention to detail directly impact our growth.

WHO YOU ARE (NON-NEGOTIABLES)
? Fluent English – comfortable on calls, recording Loom videos, and writing professional outreach messages
? Social media native – you understand creator culture, trends, and how to communicate authentically
? Detail-obsessed – you fill out ClickUp religiously, follow up relentlessly, and nothing slips through the cracks
? Ready to learn and execute – you'll follow our SOPs exactly while bringing your own ideas to improve them
? A-player mentality – proactive, fast, organized, and always showing up with energy

Experience with influencer/creator outreach is a must.
