You'll be the architect of our content sourcing machine – building real relationships with creators, negotiating deals, and ensuring we never run out of fresh, high-converting content.

THE WORK:

You'll also handle light social media management – reposting creator stories, responding to DMs – to keep our Instagram alive and engaged.
This is a relationship-driven, high-energy role where your people skills and hustle directly impact our growth.
WHO YOU ARE:
- You have experience working with influencers or creators (or a strong SMM background with outreach experience).
- Your English is fluent!!! – you're comfortable on calls, recording Loom videos, and writing professional outreach messages.
- You're an extrovert who loves building relationships and moving fast.
- Creators enjoy working with you because you're responsive, professional, and fun.
- You're proactive, organized, and can manage multiple partnerships simultaneously without dropping the ball. Most importantly, you bring ideas, not just execution – you see what's working in the market and adapt quickly.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- $4–8/hour base (depending on experience) + performance bonuses tied to content delivery and results.
- 100% remote with a part-time to full-time growth path – start part-time, prove your impact, scale to full-time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Constantly source new creators through outreach on Instagram, TikTok,
- Negotiate collaborations (UGC, gifting, paid partnerships, affiliate deals) and close agreements
- Manage creator relationships: follow-ups, deadlines, content delivery, and quality control
- Keep our Instagram active: repost creator stories, respond to DMs, maintain engagement
- Build systems and SOPs as we scale – document what works and propose improvements
- Track key metrics: outreach volume, response rates, content delivered, ROI
- Bring fresh ideas on how to get more content faster and more efficiently
