You will be handling high performance high energy Meta ads Short form UGC and Brand style.

The Source Material: Shot on Sony footage in S Log3, and Ronin 4D Footage.
The Timeline: Standard 24 hour turnaround per ad.
The Volume: Steady consistent long term workflow.

Hard Restrictions The Dealbreakers
No CapCut or mobile editing software.
This is a strict professional desktop workflow Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.

No Rec709 conversion only editors. You must explicitly know how to handle LUT and properly color grade raw S Log3 footage to a premium high converting commercial finish.

No template junkies. We require custom clean modern motion graphics and dynamic captions with precise masking and strategic emphasis.

Technical and Non Negotiable Requirements
