We’re looking for a Visual Marketing Designer (Funnels + Graphics) who thrives on details, creativity, strategy, and results. You’ll be responsible for designing high-converting marketing funnels and crafting visuals that are both stunning and strategic. If you're a visual storyteller who’s obsessed with user experience and knows how to turn ideas into eye-catching designs that drive action—we want to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
Funnel Design Mastery: Strategize, design and optimize end-to-end marketing funnels, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user journey. Collaborating with the team to align funnel designs with campaign objectives.
Visual Storytelling: Create captivating graphics, illustrations, and visual elements to tell compelling brand and product or service stories. Develop a cohesive visual identity that resonates with our target audience.
Creative Precision: Bring strong attention to detail, a keen sense of aesthetics, and creative thinking to every project from layout to final approvals.
Conversion Optimization: Brainstorm, suggest, and implement design strategies to enhance conversion rates at every stage of the funnel. Must also be able to monitor results and bring light to highest performing variables for optimization.
Responsive Design: Ensure all funnel elements are optimized for various devices, providing a seamless experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Collaboration and Iteration: Embrace feedback and iterate on designs to continuously improve performance.
Stay Ahead of Design Trends: Keep a pulse on the latest design trends, techniques, and tools in the digital marketing space, including social media. Implement innovative and fresh design elements to stay ahead of the competition. Continuously expand your knowledge of sales funnel design and digital marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in strategizing and designing marketing funnels with a focus on conversion optimization.
Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and responsive design.
Proficiency in funnel-building or website platforms (e.g., ClickFunnels, Kajabi, WordPress, Leadpages) is a strong plus.
A creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a keen sense of aesthetics
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
Ability to translate complex concepts into visually appealing and easy-to-understand graphics.
Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
