Visual Designer & Content Creator

Skinsquad is a talent management agency based in Germany specialising in skincare influencer marketing. We connect talented content creators with leading beauty brands — and we're looking for a creative all-rounder to help us level up our visual presence.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON:
- Creating 3D product packaging designs for skincare products
- Developing creatives for our Instagram product channel — from static posts to stories and campaign assets
- Supporting creators with video editing across long-form YouTube content and short-form Reels
- Producing polished videos for embedding on the company website
- Contributing to the evolution of our corporate identity — brand guidelines, visual language, and overall consistency

SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, After Effects & Illustrator
- In-Design
- Video editing — Adobe Premiere & CapCut
- Canva (proficient)
- Platform knowledge — Instagram, TikTok, YouTube
- 3D design for product packaging (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar)

A background in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle. A portfolio that shows you understand content that performs — not just looks good.
