JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking to hire another skilled individual with attention to detail for our growing tour company based in San Francisco, CA.

This is a salary based position starting at $44768 ph pesos for roughly 160 hrs per month to start.

You will be working on a rotation basis with our other VA - 4 days on 3 days off- as we have found that to be the sweet spot for our VA's with 8 hours graveyard shifts (7a.m. to 5 pm PST )


SKILLS:

. Customer service ( Email Management, dispatch support, calls)
. day to day operations ( scheduling, quality control, bus maintenance logs, inventory supplies,...)
. Multitasker and extremely detail oriented a must!
. MIn of 3 years experience working as a VA for the Travel & Tourism Industry for US Based Company

REQUIREMENTS:

Perfect English a must!

Outgoing, upbeat professional personality a must

Dependable, quick learner, and self initiative taker

Tech Savvy ( slack, Asana,...)

Must have reliable internet connection and private laptop/workspace.

Reservation experience a plus

Tourism/hospitality experience a plus
