Virtual Webflow Website Designer & Email Marketing Assistant (Part-Time)

Company Overview:
We are Tristan Guerrero and Isaac Ramirez, a real estate and mortgage team dedicated to providing up-to-date listings, market updates, and podcast content to our clients. To keep our marketing and communications running smoothly, we’re looking for a creative and dependable virtual assistant to help us manage our weekly website updates and email campaigns.

Responsibilities:
- Initial Website Buildout (Webflow) – Design and set up our company website to reflect our style, host our weekly updates, and feature our listings and podcasts.
- Initial Email Campaign Templates (MailChimp) – Create and design our first set of MailChimp email campaigns so we have a polished, branded look moving forward.
- Weekly Website Updates (Webflow) – Update the website every Monday with new listings, market updates, loan updates, and podcasts.
- Weekly Email Campaigns (MailChimp) – Send out a corresponding MailChimp email campaign every Monday to our list.
- Collaboration – Attend weekly or bi-weekly check-in meetings so you know exactly what updates to make and what to send.

Time Commitment:
This is a part-time, virtual position for about 5–8 hours per week once set up. Initial setup will take extra time up front.

Compensation:
- Initial Website Buildout: $100 up front
- Initial MailChimp Campaign Templates: $50 up front
- Ongoing Weekly Maintenance (Webflow + MailChimp): $80/month after setup

Requirements:
- Experience with Webflow design and maintenance.
- Experience with MailChimp (setting up templates and campaigns).
- Strong attention to detail, good communication, and responsive.
- Interest or knowledge of real estate and/or mortgage content is a plus.
