Responsibilities

* Assist with website design, updates, and integrations for ---------- .
* Manage website content and troubleshoot technical issues.
* Create and schedule social media content across multiple platforms.
* Design graphics, marketing materials, and promotional content.
* Perform administrative tasks including email management, document preparation, data entry, and research.
* Coordinate projects, organize files, and maintain documentation.
* Help implement new software, automations, and business systems.

Requirements

* Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
* Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) is required.
* Experience with website builders, WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms.
* Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and website integrations is a plus.
* Graphic design experience using Canva, Adobe, Figma, or similar tools.
* Social media management experience.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace.
* Highly punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented.
* Quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to grow.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with SEO and digital marketing.
