**Your Responsibilities:**
As our Virtual Operations & Scheduling Coordinator, you will be instrumental in:
* Preparing and managing client quotes accurately, including detailed technical and job-specific information.
* Strategically scheduling jobs to minimise technician travel time, utilizing your knowledge (or ability to quickly learn) of our service-area geography.
* Maintaining and updating our core business systems (GoHighLevel, ServiceMATE, Xero) to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
* Accurately recording referral sources for every new client within our service software.
* Answering and directing incoming customer calls professionally via the C3X phone system.
* Ensuring daily operations run smoothly and effectively with minimal supervision.

**What We're Looking For (Requirements):**
