The Role (Plain English)

You are the operational backbone of the company.

You will manage, track, and elevate the performance of 22 tea ---------- mbers across multiple departments in a service-based business. Your primary responsibility is to ensure every person is doing their job, doing it well, and doing it consistently.

This is not a passive role. This is leadership.

Core Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Performance
• Conduct regular performance check-ins with all 22 tea ---------- mbers
• Run formal performance reviews and document outcomes clearly
• Ensure each tea ---------- mber is completing their assigned role at a high-quality standard
• Identify performance gaps early and address them directly
• Enforce company standards through structured accountability

Disciplinary & Personnel Actions
• Prepare and file disciplinary write-up documentation when required
• Enforce disciplinary action professionally and consistently
• Make clear recommendations to the CEO regarding hiring, role changes, or termination
• Ensure all actions follow established company protocols

Daily Operations Oversight
• Approve or deny operational decisions throughout the day based on company standards
• Approve or deny financial decisions according to predefined protocols
• Address escalated team or operational concerns and bring them to resolution
• Maintain operational flow across departments without bottlenecks

Leadership Development (Non-Negotiable)
• Participate in daily leadership training using company-purchased audiobooks
• Apply leadership principles directly to team management and decision-making
• Maintain a growth mindset and continuously sharpen leadership skills
