Work Hours: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM PHT (AEST)
Starting Offer: PHP 20k+ (depending on skills and experience)


We're hiring a Virtual Assistant with solid hands-on experience in admin, project support, or a generalist operations role for an AU or international client.
What you'll be doing

Keep projects moving by coordinating tasks, tracking timelines, monitoring budgets, and chasing progress updates from the team
Own the day-to-day comms — managing inboxes, answering calls, maintaining the business calendar, and booking meetings and travel
Put together quotes, invoices, and proposals, and support the tracking of key sales metrics
Handle incoming customer enquiries, manage complaints with professionalism, and follow up to make sure clients are satisfied
Coordinate content for social media channels
Make routine website updates and help keep inventory and orders organised

What we're looking for

2+ years in a VA, business admin, or project coordination role
Strong written and verbal English with confidence in client-facing communication
Solid working knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
Experience preparing quotes and invoices
Comfortable juggling a busy inbox and fielding phone enquiries
Experience scheduling content on at least one social media platform
Familiarity with trades or home services, CRM tools, or platforms like Xero, Asana, Trello, or Canva is a bonus
