Who We’re Looking For:
A reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive virtual assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. You’ll be supporting our content creation, social media, marketing, and backend operations so we can keep growing and motivating our community.



Responsibilities:
Create original social media content (graphics, captions, short videos, etc.)
Post, schedule, and repurpose content across YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook
Edit short-form video content (using CapCut or similar)
Track and report weekly social and email engagement metrics
Set up and manage email automations in Kajabi
Run and manage Facebook Ads campaigns (boosting posts, monitoring performance, refining audience targeting, retargeting, etc.)
Help manage task lists, schedules, and inboxes



Must-Haves:

• Facebook Ads experience (including campaign setup, ad management, and reporting)
• Familiarity with social media (especially Facebook and Instagram)
• Basic video editing (or willingness to learn CapCut quickly)
• Experience with Kajabi or similar platforms (or eager to learn)
• Self-starter mindset with attention to detail
• Strong Wi-Fi and reliable device

Compensation:
This is a salaried position with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
