Summary
Location: Remote (US-based preferred)

We are a boutique, high-end staffing agency specializing in placing bilingual candidates with elite private families and UHNW households, as well as recruiting for industrial and warehouse clients nationwide. We are rapidly expanding and seeking a highly organized Virtual HR Assistant / Recruiting Assistant to support our day-to-day hiring operations.

???? Responsibilities
Post job openings on Indeed, and other platforms
Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates
Schedule and conduct initial phone/Zoom interviews
Assist with onboarding tasks and document collection
Coordinate with candidates regarding schedules, requirements, and next steps
Maintain candidate information in Airtable or CRM
Prepare simple reports and updates
Support the CEO with daily administrative and HR tasks

? Ideal Candidate
Strong English communication skills (Mandarin a plus but not required)
Previous HR, recruiting, admin, or virtual assistant experience preferred
Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently
Able to multitask and manage fast-changing priorities
Familiar with Indeed, Calendly, Zoom, Airtable, Canva, or willing to learn
Professional, positive attitude and strong people skills
