Living Your Life Without Limits (LYLWL) is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Virtual Growth & Business Development Manager to help expand our organization through strategic partnerships, revenue-generating opportunities, government contracting, educational programs, speaking engagements, virtual events, in-person events, and business development initiatives.
This is NOT a social media management position. We have an established marketing and social media team. This role will collaborate with the current team as needed, but the primary focus is business growth, revenue development, partnerships, contracts, and expansion opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify new revenue-generating opportunities for courses, classes, workshops, and educational programs.
• Research platforms and organizations where LYLWL can sell or promote training programs.
• Identify virtual event, conference, and in-person speaking opportunities.
• Research and develop collaboration and partnership opportunities.
• Search for federal, state, local, and private-sector contract opportunities.
• Monitor government procurement portals and bid opportunities.
• Identify opportunities aligned with the company’s certifications and capabilities.
• Maintain a pipeline of leads, contracts, partnerships, speaking opportunities, and deadlines.
• Support proposal coordination and business development follow-up.
• Collaborate with the existing marketing team to support promotion of approved growth initiatives.
• Prepare weekly updates on opportunities, outreach, follow-up, and results.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in business development, growth strategy, partnerships, sales, or revenue generation.
• Experience identifying and developing business opportunities.
• Experience with government contracting research is preferred.
• Strong research, communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience working remotely with U.S.-based companies is preferred.
