About Us
Genesis Homecare Agency is a growing U.S.-based home care company dedicated to providing exceptional care to seniors, veterans, and individuals who wish to remain safely at home. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Executive Assistant to become an integral part of our team.
This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally, and enjoys solving problems while delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
* Schedule and coordinate caregivers and client visits
* Recruit, screen, and communicate with caregiver applicants
* Conduct client and caregiver follow-up calls
* Handle incoming phone calls,
* De-escalate client and caregiver concerns professionally
* Manage caregiver call-outs and last-minute scheduling changes
* Maintain accurate documentation and records
* Assist with administrative projects and daily office operations
* Coordinate calendars, meetings, and appointments
* Work independently while keeping leadership informed
Required Qualifications
* Excellent written and spoken English (near-native fluency preferred)
* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant
* Experience with scheduling and calendar management
* Customer service and client support experience
* Recruiting or talent acquisition experience
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive)
* Comfortable learning new software quickly
* Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience using AxisCare (strongly preferred)
* Experience in the healthcare or home care industry
* Bachelor’s Degree required
* Master’s Degree preferred
