JOB OVERVIEW

******************************* Skills Needed **************************************************
+ Communicate professionally via phone, SMS, and email with dispatchers, clients, and onsite contacts.
+ Answer incoming calls, gather ticket details, and follow scripts to determine whether to apply or submit a counteroffer.
+ Evaluate ticket scope, pricing, schedule, and travel time using provided SOPs.
+ Track ticket status updates and send required information to the technician.
+ Document all actions inside the internal log with accuracy.
+ Follow escalation SOPs when ticket prices, scope changes, or schedule conflicts arise.
+ Maintain emotional composure when negotiating prices and explaining counteroffers.
+ Must be able to follow instructions exactly and work calmly under pressure.
+ Applicants must submit all required items in the application instructions to move to Stage 1.

****************************************Compensation***********************************************

$4/hour base pay

PLUS 5% commission on every ticket you successfully counter and book
Commission is based on the total ticket value, not just the increase
Example: If you book a $180 ticket at 5%, you earn $9 for that booking
High performers can consistently earn $300–$600+ per week in combined base + commission depending on call volume, ticket flow, and negotiation skill.
