JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Customer Service Lead. Part-time position, 15-20 hours weekly. It does have the potential to be full-time (40 hours a week). Only apply if you are comfortable with the timing and proposed schedules. (This can be changed depending on job requirements.)

The position has significant career growth potential as the company is expanding. The work will be completed remotely from the comfort of your home. You must have a reliable internet connection, electricity backup, and Skype/Viber to communicate.


What are the responsibilities?
- Perform various customer service and clerical tasks while assisting the Programs manager with daily office tasks.

What type of candidate are we looking for?
- Minimum of 4 years experience in Customer Service and lead with the ease and willingness to wear many hats.
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Good email and phone communication etiquette
- Strong Microsoft Office software (Word and Excel) knowledge.
- Smart: You can anticipate needs and execute independently.
- Have worked as Lead previously
- Team managing skills along with proactive approach
