We are looking for a reliable and experienced **Virtual Assistant** to join our growing Australian cleaning company.

### Responsibilities:

? Answer incoming calls and customer inquiries
? Reply to emails, SMS, and online messages
? Schedule bookings and manage appointments
? Follow up with leads and existing customers
? Update CRM and customer records
? Coordinate with cleaning teams
? General administrative tasks

### Requirements:

? Excellent English communication skills
? Previous VA or customer service experience preferred
? Strong computer skills
? Reliable high-speed internet connection
? Ability to work independently and multitask
? Must be available:

**Monday to Friday:** 8:00 AM – 6:00PM (Melbourne Time)
**Saturday:** 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Melbourne Time)
