We are a fast growing US based ecommerce brand expanding into Europe, and we are looking for an A player VA / Customer Support Representative who wants a long term position in a professional, high volume environment.
We need someone who owns their work, communicates in fluent English, and knows how to keep customers happy while protecting the brand. The right person will have a hands on mentality, be able to solve problems within company policies, and create SOPs to improve workflow efficiency.
This position will start part time during the test period and transition to full time once performance and communication meet expectations.
What you will do
Communicate with customers by
Resolve cases quickly while maintaining a positive experience
Handle refunds, replacements and adjustments inside Shopify
Communicate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure smooth resolutions
Create and maintain SOPs for recurring issues to streamline operations
Work inside Google Drive and Google Workspace to organize support
Prevent chargebacks and disputes through proactive and accurate communication
Report recurring issues and suggest improvements
Work during US business hours
What we are looking for
Fluent English, written and spoken
Experience in ecommerce customer support for a brand doing real volume
Hands on problem solver with strong communication and structure
Experience with Shopify dashboard, Google Drive and Google Workspace
Ability to create and maintain SOPs
Reliable, consistent, and proactive
Calm under pressure and professional at all times
Willing to learn our customer behavior and grow with us long term

Monthly base salary plus performance bonuses
