JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive coordinator to keep operations running smoothly at a fast-growing video marketing agency serving home service businesses.

This is not a task-waiting role. We need someone who sees what needs to be done and does it.
Responsibilities (in order of priority)

Label footage for editors — organize and name all raw footage files so editors can get to work immediately
Review deliverables for quality — check all client-facing content for spelling errors, simple corrections, and formatting issues before delivery
Keep Google Drive organized — maintain clean, properly named files across every client account
Client success management — send weekly KPI reviews, remind clients to fill out lead trackers, and guide new clients through onboarding
CRM troubleshooting — update and manage client CRMs in GoHighLevel when requested (GHL experience required)
Daily Meta lead management — move converted and qualified leads in Meta each day to support ad performance

Expectations

Work 9–5 EST, Monday through Friday
Submit a daily EOD report via Slack that includes every task completed and the time spent on each
Don't wait to be assigned work. Instead of asking "what can I do now?" come to us with "I think XYZ would help — is it okay if I start on it?"
