We specialize in siding, roofing, and windows — and we're actively building out a modern, AI-powered backend to match the quality of our field work. This is a long-term role with real growth potential as we scale.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead Generation — Research and qualify homeowner leads in MD & DC using online tools and databases
Data & Analytics — Track lead metrics, campaign performance, and pipeline data in our CRM and spreadsheets
GoHighLevel Automations — Build and manage workflows, pipelines, funnels, and automations inside GHL
Website Builds — Create and maintain landing pages and websites independently (GHL, WordPress, or similar)
AI Tools — Stay current on AI trends and bring new tool recommendations to the team
Daily Operations Support — Email management, scheduling, task tracking, and general admin


Requirements

Proven experience with GoHighLevel (automations, pipelines, funnels — not just basic use)
Experience with lead generation strategies and tools (Apollo, LinkedIn, Google Maps, etc.)
Comfortable with data tracking and basic analytics (Google Sheets / Excel required)
Able to build or edit websites and landing pages independently
Actively follows AI trends and knows how to apply current tools
Strong written English communication
Reliable internet, computer, and dedicated home office setup
Self-starter — we don't micromanage, but we expect ownership and results


Nice to Have

Background supporting a home services or contractor business
Experience with n8n, Zapier, or Make
Basic video editing or social content creation
CRM nurture sequence experience


Compensation & Hours

Rate: $5–$9/hr USD (based on experience)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hrs/week
Schedule: Flexible, with overlap during US Eastern hours preferred
