POSITION SUMMARY
This fully remote role supports the Listing Manager in the day-to-day operations of bringing listings to market. The Virtual Assistant handles administrative tasks, MLS data entry, scheduling, and coordination so the Listing Manager can focus on high-priority client and agent-facing work.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, self-directed, and thrives in a fast-paced real estate environment. Real estate experience is a plus, but strong administrative skills and a willingness to learn are what matter most.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the Listing Manager with daily administrative tasks and workflow management.
• Enter new listings into MLS and other key platforms with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Schedule and coordinate listing appointments, photography, and square footage measurements.
• Track and follow up on contract deadlines, vendor confirmations, and open action items.
• Maintain and organize listing files, disclosures, and compliance documents.
• Communicate with agents and vendors to confirm scheduling and gather needed information.
• Assist with managing the relocation referral pipeline — tracking outgoing and incoming referrals and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Provide general administrative support including data entry, calendar management, and task tracking.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative, virtual assistant, or coordinator role.
• Real estate industry experience strongly preferred; MLS experience a plus.
• Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and task/project management tools.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
